By downloading or using Discipleship Tracker (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users, including students, teachers, parents, and others who access or use the App.
2. Purpose of the App
Discipleship Tracker is designed to help users build daily spiritual habits such as scripture reading, prayer, service, and church participation. It provides streak tracking, leveling, and simple gamified features to support motivation and consistency.
The App is intended for personal use and educational ministry contexts.
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for users ages 4 and older.
Users under the age of 13 should use the App with parental or guardian permission.
4. User Accounts and Information
To access certain features, you may optionally provide:
- Name
- School or class identifiers
- Avatar selection
You agree that all information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any account information stored on it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to do any of the following:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to access, alter, or tamper with the App’s code or database
- Upload harmful or malicious data
- Interfere with the App’s functionality, performance, or security
- Use the App to harass, bully, or track other individuals
You also agree that the App’s features, content, and graphics are for personal and educational use only.
6. Data Storage & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used.
By using the App, you consent to the collection and handling of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App—including graphics, artwork, avatars, icons, text, and code—is the property of the developer, Michael Crockett, unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Copy
- Distribute
- Modify
- Reverse-engineer
- Reproduce
any part of the App without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses:
- Supabase (for secure data storage and authentication)
These services operate under their own terms and conditions.
The App does not include advertisements, social logins, or third-party trackers.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- The App will be error-free
- The App will always be available
- That streaks, stats, or data will never be lost
- That the App will meet every user’s expectations
You use the App at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Device damage
- Inaccurate streaks or stats
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the App.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the App for any user who violates these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time.
12. Updates and Changes
The App may be updated periodically to improve features or performance.
These Terms of Use may also change.
When they do, the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
